Translate global trends from runways, social media, and influencer culture into actionable styling strategies
Compile and present comprehensive seasonal and reactionary trend decks to executive leadership and cross-functional partners
Oversee e-commerce and editorial messaging processes
Direct a full-time and freelance styling roster
Partner with Studio Operations, Art Direction, and Production teams
Review completed outfits daily and provide expert feedback to stylists
Create and distribute high-level mood boards

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of professional styling experience
5+ years in a senior management role
Proven track record as a Lead Stylist in a high-volume e-commerce environment
Robust portfolio of high-end editorial work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Proficiency in Google Suite
Familiarity with Figma is a bonus
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Arts, Design, Merchandising, or a related field
Ability to travel as required for location shoots or brand initiatives
