Lead and drive sales by taking an Omni channel approach to the retail experience

Partner with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Leadership Team on engaging visual experience
Elevate every aspect of the store experience through omni channel capabilities
Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive environment by delivering exceptional and genuine customer experiences
Build a succession plan for engaging and retaining a diverse team
Provide timely and specific employee feedback to create a culture of action and accountability
Inspire teams through empowerment, creativity, empathy, and shared fate
Supervise and collaborate to uphold daily operating procedures
Assess business and product sell-through to identify store success
Oversee visual priorities and adhere to safety standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Passion for UO brand
5+ years store leadership experience
Proven record of hiring and developing great talent
Strong understanding of merchant process and ways it impacts the business
Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution
Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays
