Key responsibilities & impact- Supports the selling, service, and operations of the store with emphasis on merchandising
- Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values
- Partners with leadership team on visual experience
- Involves entire team in visual initiatives to enhance customer experience
- Supports Store Manager in consistent event programming and execution
- Delivers an omni-channel shopping and event experience
- Trains team on store processes and standards
- Participates as manager-on-duty and drives engagement
- Supports Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining talent
- Utilizes tools to analyze business opportunities
- Collaborates with partners for shipment processing and product placement
- Adheres to safety standards and company policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years store Visual Merchandising and Leadership experience
- Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
