- Works with design leads to execute creative vision
- Independently executes assignments and manages up effectively
- Communicates and collaborates internally and with cross-functional partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent ability to sketch design ideas
- Possesses mocking, draping, sewing, and other technical skills
- Tracks, manages and organizes department samples
- Strong trend awareness and research skills
- Analyzing Velo metrics every Monday
- Maintaining and updating CADs for seasonal assortment in Adobe XD
- General understanding of overall fit, fabric and construction intentions
- Ability to investigate design solutions with an awareness of cost
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
