About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Store Manager will lead and drive sales by taking an Omni channel approach to the retail experience.
- Deliver an environment that is engaging and inspiring to the customer while fostering continual team development.
- Acts as a brand representative reflective of the company values; partners with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Leadership Team.
- Leads and supports the team to elevate every aspect of the store experience through omni channel capabilities, merchandising, and display.
- Cultivates a welcoming and inclusive environment by being highly focused on delivering exceptional and genuine customer experiences.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for UO brand
- 5+ years store leadership experience
- Proven record of hiring and developing great talent
- Strong understanding of merchant process and ways it impacts the business
- Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays
