About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for daily restaurant operations and actively ensuring a superior guest experience through excellent service
Supports the General Manager and entire team by organizing, planning and directing activities in all aspects of dining room service, front of house and beverage programming
Collaborate with the General Manager in analyzing and recommending methods drive sales, manage profitability, fulfill operating hours to include all controllable spending (payroll, COGS, invoicing)
Manage beverage program; maintain relationships with purveyors, manage and submission of inventory, participation in menu development
Assists the General Manager in hiring, training, developing, scheduling and evaluating employees

Requirements

What you’ll need

4-5 years restaurant experience
1 year management experience
Polished, professional appearance with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important
Flexible availability preferred- may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and select holidays
Physically able to: Stand and walk for extended periods, Bend, reach, lift up to 50 lbs, Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
