About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values; partners with leadership team on engaging visual experience
- Involves entire team in selling and visual initiatives that enhance customer experience
- Takes a forward-thinking approach to customer experience through in-store marketing, merchandising, display, and outfitting
- Supports Store Manager in developing event programming reflective of local customer interests
- Delivers seamless omni-channel shopping and event experience through understanding and utilization of MPOS, POS, and FP App
- Trains team on store processes, merchandise placement, and standards; guides team to prioritize customer service
- Participates as the manager-on-duty by driving engagement in each zone
- Supports Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
- Utilizes Company tools to analyze business opportunities and identifies fitness partnerships
- Collaborates with key partners to execute shipment processing and maintains visual standards
- Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, and upholds company policy
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years store Visual Merchandising and Leadership experience
- Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
