Acts as a brand representative to promote a positive and inclusive environment in the store
Leads by example in upholding a service culture that demonstrates extraordinary service
Supports the store leadership team and stylists to promote unique customer events
Actively participates leading the salesfloor and driving engagement in each zone
Participates in the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process
Utilizes brand resources to champion employee development and support initiatives
Supports daily operating processes such as opening and closing procedures
Collaborates with key partners to effectively execute shipment and omni fulfillment processes
Provides feedback about team training needs to support optimal scheduling

What you’ll need

Anthro brand fan
1+ years of retail leadership experience
Experience being a team player
Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
