- Empowers the team to drive sales through personalized service, elevated styling, and outfitting recommendations
- Delivers a seamless, omni-channel shopping experience through understanding and utilization of systems and applications
- Acts as an elevated team member, exercising decision-making and multitasking capabilities while always prioritizing service over tasks
- Provides timely and specific employee feedback to create a culture of action and accountability
- Sustains daily operating standards by taking an active role in assessing sales forecasting, managing payroll, and executing product flow
- Collaborates with key partners to effectively execute shipment processing; supports and ensures markdown, transfer, and restock processes
- Helps implement visual direction and decisions made by management
- Adheres to store’s safety standards and inventory accuracy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Anthro and Anthro Weddings brand fan
- 1+ years store leadership experience
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
