Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values
Involves entire team in selling and visual initiatives that enhance the customer experience
Takes a forward-thinking approach to the customer experience through in-store marketing, merchandising, display, and outfitting
Supports the Store Manager in developing consistent event programming that is reflective of the interests of the local customer
Delivers a seamless, omni-channel shopping and event experience through understanding and utilization of MPOS, POS, and FP App
Trains the team on store processes, merchandise placement, and standards
Participates as the manager-on-duty by driving engagement in each zone
Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
Sustains daily operating standards by taking an active role in assessing sales forecasting
Utilizes Company tools to analyze business opportunities within product placement
Collaborates with key partners to effectively execute shipment processing
Leads with an inclusive and people-first philosophy

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years store Visual Merchandising and Leadership experience
Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
