- Actively participates in managing the store environment and customer experience
- Provides timely and specific employee feedback to create a culture of action and accountability
- Sustains daily operating standards by assessing sales forecasting and managing payroll
- Collaborates with key partners to effectively execute shipment processing
- Helps implement visual direction and maintains a clean shop
- Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, and upholds all company policies
Requirements
- Anthro and Anthro Weddings brand fan
- 1+ years store leadership experience
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
