About the role
- Act as the lead administrator for Contentful, defining content models, managing spaces, and ensuring the technical health of our content infrastructure.
- Partner with optimization team on execution of site personalization and A/B testing, ensuring segments and experiences are deployed accurately and on schedule.
- Manage Recommendation Tray placements and product-to-content linking to ensure a frictionless "path to purchase" across all digital touchpoints.
- Evaluate and improve the end-to-end content lifecycle—from creative handoff to international publishing—executing up to 150+ assets per week with 100% accuracy.
- Serve as the technical bridge between Creative, UX, IT, and Web Merchandising to ensure brand-appropriate content is delivered through a high-performing technical lens.
- Lead the QA process for all site and app content; proactively troubleshoot complex technical bugs and coordinate with IT/DTC for rapid resolution.
- Utilize data to provide weekly and monthly content performance reporting, offering actionable insights to the Planning and SEO teams.
- Define and manage the end-to-end production lifecycle for all digital campaigns. You will establish realistic timelines for Creative, Copy, and Merchandising teams, ensuring all inputs are received in time for flawless execution.
Requirements
- Expert-level Mastery of Contentful: Deep experience with content modeling, entries, assets, and webhooks is non-negotiable.
- E-commerce Tech Stack: Proven experience managing personalization tools
- Operations Mindset: A background in Content Operations with a focus on repeatable, scalable processes.
- Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of how content interacts with APIs, JSON, and front-end UX principles.
- Leadership Presence: Ability to filter and prioritize high-volume requests from executive stakeholders under tight deadlines.
- Global Catalog Management: Experience managing multi-language or multi-region digital storefronts.
- Project Management Tools: Power-user of JIRA and Asana for tracking sprints and production lifecycles.
- Understanding of basic HTML/CSS for troubleshooting.
- Experience in the global fashion market or high-volume retail.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for enterprise-level CMS structures.
