- Leads the back of house operations and maintains the flow of product from receipt to placement
- Actively participates as the Customer Experience Manager by driving engagement in each zone through elevated communication
- Oversees organizational standards in back of house and exercises creative decision-making to impact organization and efficiency
- Assists in maintaining a visually compelling store that is well-loved by adhering to daily tasks
- Contributes to an inclusive environment by helping to amplify all voices, actively seeking and advocating different perspectives
Requirements
- Anthro brand fan
- 2+ years of retail leadership experience
- Great communicator able to set clear objectives and follow through
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
