About the role
- Monitor and maintain Windows servers
- Perform OS updates, application upgrades, and coordinate maintenance outages
- Proactively monitor CPU, memory, and disk space
- Resolve routine alerts and escalate complex issues
- Monitor Slack channels and email threads to identify issues
- Open, track, and manage support tickets with external vendors
- Provide day-to-day operational support for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- Provide infrastructure support for activities related to new store openings
- Recognize and flag opportunities for process improvement through automation and AI
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional technology experience
- Functional knowledge of Windows Server, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365
- Ability to track multiple moving parts, including vendor tickets, project tasks, and system alerts simultaneously
- Ability to provide clear, concise updates to technical teams
- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative on routine maintenance, and follow tasks through to completion without constant supervision.
