About the role
- Develop original graphics, illustrations, and prints for apparel and accessories that reflect the Out From Under aesthetic.
- Collaborate closely with the Women’s Design, Merchandising, and Trend teams to ensure cohesive seasonal collections.
- Translate brand concepts, trend research, and seasonal themes into innovative graphics and print design.
- Source and manipulate materials, patterns, and textures for print execution.
- Work with production teams to prepare print-ready files for screen printing, digital printing, embroidery, and other decoration methods.
- Stay on top of streetwear, fashion, and lifestyle trends to ensure designs remain relevant and culturally resonant.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high creative standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Textile Design, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in apparel graphic/print design, preferably in women’s lifestyle brand.
- Strong understanding of trend forecasting, color theory, typography, and illustration.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience with CAD and print production processes is a plus.
- Strong conceptual and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to translate brand voice into design.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and collaborative with excellent communication skills.
