About the role
- Participate in Big Ideas kickoffs, concept presentations, road mapping/sketch reviews, and sample reviews.
- Participate in cross-concept ideation meetings.
- Identify key proportions, looks, and silhouettes.
- Conduct shape studies and runway reporting seasonally, including the quarterly cultural trend report, The Snap.
- Develop and implement new digital formats for deliverables and decks.
- Research and identify new resources for trend, design, and concept information.
- Collect images to illustrate current and future trends and concepts.
- Present and communicate seasonal concept and trend decks.
- See plans through from conception to finalization; assist with setup, outfitting, photoshoots, and manage communication with cross-functional partners for setup and sample drop-off.
- Gather new ideas for art direction to be utilized during sample review shoots.
- Stay abreast of customer identity and aesthetics.
- Partner with the Concept team to balance brand identities and maximize major trends.
- Collaborate with Print, Color, and Fabric teams.
- Work with Design Directors and Designers to push new shape, detail, and craft trends.
Requirements
- Well versed in InDesign, Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suites
- Styling experience
- Midjourney and Gemini AI (not mandatory but would be great)
