About the role

  • Own the implementation and consistency of analytics and reporting technology across Nuuly's digital platforms
  • Translate business measurement requirements into technical specifications
  • Establish data collection standards and validate implementation accuracy across web, mobile, and internal systems
  • Bridge the Analytics team's measurement needs with technical execution
  • Define and maintain analytics implementation standards and best practices
  • Write technical requirements for analytics instrumentation on new features and enhancements
  • Participate in sprint planning, refinement, and story breakdown sessions
  • Collaborate with Reporting, Analytics, and Data Science team to gather and validate measurement requirements
  • Troubleshoot analytics tracking issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams
  • Stay current on GA4 features, best practices, and digital analytics trends

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in analytics implementation, digital analytics, or technical business analysis roles
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 or similar digital analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture
  • Proficiency with SQL for data validation and testing
  • Familiarity with JSON and API testing tools such as Postman
  • Knowledge of modern web and mobile app architecture
  • Ability to identify patterns and establish reusable standards
  • Effective communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Degree in computer science, information systems, data analytics, or equivalent experience
