About the role
- Support the development of private-label products
- Assist throughout the design process—from concept through production
- Contribute to seasonal design development
- Support creative and operational design needs
- Help design and source fabrics and products
- Execute assigned design development projects
- Communicate fit and construction updates to cross-functional partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design with related field experience
- Between 1-4 years of experience
- Strong understanding of cut-and-sew knits and sweater fabrications
- Proven ability to drape, mock, and sew
- Excellent hand sketching and CAD skills, with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate
- Working knowledge of AI design tools (e.g., MidJourney, PromeAI) is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
