About the role
- Lead the daily, hands-on management and tactical optimizations of paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads.
- Proactively conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
- Draft concise weekly and monthly performance summaries, translating complex data trends into actionable insights.
- Partner with Paid Search Manager on planning, implementation, and analysis of A/B tests.
- Accurately monitor and manage campaign pacing against budgets, ensuring optimal spend efficiency.
- Maintain a creative library of ad copy and assets ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Own support for any and all brand promotions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4+ years of hands-on experience in SEM or performance marketing, preferably in the retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, SA360 (or similar) and Microsoft Advertising.
- Experience executing Paid Search optimizations across Text and Shopping/PMAX.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to translate data into meaningful insights for reporting purposes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
