About the role

  • Engage with owned and earned comments across Reddit, YouTube, Substack, and Threads.
  • Work closely with the Social Media Community Associate and Copywriting team to understand trends on Threads and Substack, ideating brand-right ways to tap into the conversation.
  • Concept, develop, and share content on YouTube, Substack, and Threads.
  • Partner with the Channel Strategy, Content, Copywriting, and Design teams to finalize assets ahead of posting, working cross-functionally to ensure content is optimized based on channel best practices.
  • Work cross-functionally and serve as a conduit between the Social Media team and Customer Service team by helping to manage and escalate any community issues to proper management.
  • Discover innovative ways to interact and engage the community across platforms.
  • Proactively track, monitor and report all brand hashtags and identify opportunities for reposts, features, key stakeholders, and opportunities to connect with the customer.
  • Lead conversations with potential customers through timely responses whether it is to celebrate their love for the brand or quickly connect them with the customer service team for assistance and support.
  • Listen and monitor competitor and community landscape by measuring share of voice and sentiment.
  • Review metrics with an ability to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Be the consumer insights expert related to what resonates with our customer in the social.
  • Create trackable links & tags for all product in social posts.

Requirements

  • A positive and high energy individual.
  • Demonstrates experience and enthusiasm in growing an online community.
  • Experience publishing content on major social platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, Pinterest, and/or YouTube.
  • Strong copywriting and proofing skills.
  • Ability to adapt writing tone and style to fit different social platforms and audiences.
  • Attention to detail and proven time management and organization skills.
  • Ability to identify and track community metrics.
  • Extremely well organized, methodical, and efficient
  • Good fashion and pop-culture knowledge of channel appropriate trends.
  • Strong knowledge of competitors and ability to analyze trends to identify opportunities to set the brand apart.
  • Innovative and excited to bring ideas to the table.
  • Self-motivated and proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong vision and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Awareness of developments and trends in social media space.
  • Strong multi-tasking and analytical skills; ability to manage through a matrix.
  • Data enthusiast; demonstrated ability to find the data that tells the story and use it to pivot in order to see a greater impact.
