About the role

  • Drive Discovery Lead the discovery process for identifying customer and business opportunities.
  • Leverage data, research, and competitive analysis to build compelling business cases that justify opportunity prioritization and guide roadmap decisions.
  • Define Solutions Partner with UX to define user experiences and work closely with BSAs and Engineers to connect business requirements with functional requirements.
  • Field questions and clarify requirements to ensure the team has a shared vision for tactical solutions.
  • Own Delivery Take accountability for successful feature delivery to our brands and customers.
  • Conduct UAT, manage launch readiness activities, and partner with stakeholders to build enthusiasm around new features while measuring their impact.
  • Build Consensus Navigate complex stakeholder relationships to facilitate alignment across discovery, definition, and delivery phases.
  • Negotiate and build consensus among peers across Engineering, Brands, Analytics, and other discipline groups.

Requirements

  • 3+ years building consumer digital products with experience driving product decisions and building consensus among cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, Brand stakeholders)
  • Exceptional communication skills - you're a natural storyteller who can navigate ambiguity and present clear viewpoints to stakeholders at every level
  • Leadership that inspires - you motivate and support cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - you thrive managing multiple ongoing projects while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments
  • Retail experience strongly preferred - understanding of digital commerce, seasonality, inventory considerations, and omnichannel customer journeys in fashion/lifestyle retail
  • Excitement about building digital products for passionate brand communities in the rapidly changing retail landscape
  • Technical foundation - Bachelor's in Computer Science, Industrial Design, or related field ideal (but we value diverse backgrounds and relevant experience)
  • Analytical mindset - comfortable working with data, research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and measure impact
