About the role

  • Design, build, and maintain performance dashboards and scorecards using data visualization platforms like Ninjacat and Qlik.
  • Partner with digital marketing leads (e.g., Paid Search, Paid Social, CRM, Affiliate, SEO) to create custom reports and visualizations.
  • Respond to ad hoc data requests with agility, producing clear, structured output that guides business action.
  • Continuously enhance reporting frameworks to reflect evolving business priorities, KPIs, or marketing strategies.
  • Analyze multi-channel marketing performance to surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with data engineering or analytics teams to ensure data accuracy, availability, and scalability.
  • Translate complex data into simple, clear narratives tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Develop AI insights prompts based on business requirements and context in order for models and agents to analyze data contained in dashboards autonomously.
  • Collaborate on the development of AI agents designed to analyze and interpret marketing data within NinjaCat. These agents will help automate responses to ad hoc stakeholder questions and generate visuals based on natural language prompts.
  • Identify gaps or limitations in existing data sets and recommend solutions.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Proficient SQL skills strongly preferred; experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing KPIs across channels (ROAS, CAC, CVR, etc.).
  • Experience working with data from platforms like GA4, CM360, Facebook Ads Manager, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills—ability to turn business questions into reporting solutions.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a love of clean, intuitive data visualizations.
