About the role
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of IT systems, including servers, networks, and software applications.
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect data and IT assets.
- Recruit, train, and manage IT staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of IT services.
- Track and analyze IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international IT regulations and standards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT strategies aligned with business goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Proficiency in analyzing data and solving complex IT issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of budgeting and financial management in an IT context
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
