Manages and ensures that performance-based incentives and all other goals of the program are met.
Provides leadership to program staff.
Manages and develops staff, including coaching, training and mentoring.
Oversees all clinical provisions of the program for clients, including but not limited to casework, case plans, housing placements, substance abuse/MICA counseling, incident reporting, investigation documentation, and all other activities.
Coordinates clinical meetings with case management staff and other inter-disciplinary teams.
Participates in the development of Urban Pathways program policies and procedures.
Oversees the on-site medical and psychiatric services including medication management.
Serves on call to address emergency needs on a twenty-four-hour basis.
Requirements
Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other related field required.
LCSW preferred.
Five years of experience supporting adults experiencing mental illness and/or multiple challenges (MICA), including five years of clinical and supervisory experience required.
Experience working in an SRO or any residential program setting preferred.
Familiarity with programs relevant to funding source regulations required.
Experience with individuals experiencing homeless and/or mentally illness and substance abuse population preferred.
