💰 ₹175,000 - ₹225,000 per month
About the role
- Split role between revenue operations and executive support (initially HR), supporting COO, CEO, and Director of Client Development
- Assist Director of Client Development ensuring sales processes are followed from outreach to proposal creation using AI tools
- Organize key documents, manage proposal calendar, capture and follow-through on action items from partner meetings
- Facilitate client onboarding: schedule internal kickoff meetings, create handoff documents, assist Project Managers with deck assembly
- Own cleanliness and effectiveness of revenue systems, primarily HubSpot: groom data, manage renewal/close dates, build reports and dashboards, enrich data, ensure data integrity
- Set up outbound sequences and enable Revenue team for outreach using tools like Apollo, Reply.io, Instantly
- Monitor and manage recruiting pipeline: post roles, work with hiring managers, manage candidate workflow, schedule interviews, support onboarding of new employees
- Proactively identify and suggest improvements to sales and recruiting workflows and tools; may manage performance review cycle and administer HR surveys
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar revenue operations and/or executive operations role
- Demonstrated ability to set up and manage a business development process
- Demonstrated HubSpot configuration experience
- Demonstrated experience with recruiting workflows and tools (e.g., JazzHR, ADP, Predictive Index)
- Demonstrated experience with AI tools (ChatGPT and other agents)
- Assertive and organized; highly motivated and tenacious
- Minimum CEFR C1 level with English
- Prioritization and time-management skills
- Minimum of 4 hours overlap with 9am - 6pm Pacific Time required
- Must be located outside of the U.S. (position available for individuals outside of the U.S.)
- Nice to have: Experience with Reply.io, Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Outbound
- Nice to have: Project management experience in a support, Chief of Staff, or similar capacity
- Nice to have: Experience in a digital or other marketing agency
