💰 COP 7,500,000 - COP 9,750,000 per month
About the role
- Even split role between revenue operations and executive support (initially HR).
- Work closely with COO, CEO, Director of Client Development, and department heads to support growth.
- Assist Director of Client Development ensuring sales processes are followed from outreach and research to proposal creation using AI tools.
- Organize key documents, manage the proposal calendar, and capture + follow-through on action items from partner meetings.
- Facilitate client onboarding after deal close: schedule internal kickoff meetings, create handoff documents, assist Project Managers with deck assembly.
- Own cleanliness and effectiveness of revenue systems (primarily HubSpot): groom data, manage renewal and close dates, build reports and dashboards, enrich data, ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Set up outbound sequences to enable Revenue team outreach (using tools like Apollo, Reply.io, Instantly, etc.).
- Monitor and manage recruiting pipeline: post roles, work with hiring managers, manage candidate workflow, schedule interviews, support onboarding of new employees.
- Support expanded operational duties over time (e.g., managing performance review cycle, administering HR surveys).
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar revenue operations and/or executive operations role.
- Demonstrated ability to set up and manage a business development process.
- Demonstrated HubSpot configuration experience.
- Demonstrated experience with recruiting workflows and tools (e.g., JazzHR, ADP, Predictive Index, etc).
- Demonstrated experience with AI tools (ChatGPT and other agents).
- Assertive and organized individual who is highly motivated and tenacious.
- Minimum CEFR C1 level with English.
- Prioritization and time-management skills.
- Minimum of 4 hours overlap with 9am - 6pm Pacific Time required.
- Position available for fully remote work to individuals outside of the U.S.
- Nice to have: Experience with Reply.io (or similar), Apollo, Instantly, and LinkedIn Outbound.
- Nice to have: Project management experience in a support, Chief of Staff, or similar capacity.
- Nice to have: Experience in a digital or other marketing agency.
