About the role

  • Assist the Director of Client Development by ensuring sales processes are followed, from initial outreach and research to proposal creation using AI tools
  • Facilitate the client onboarding process, including scheduling internal kickoff meetings and creating handoff documents
  • Own the cleanliness and effectiveness of our revenue systems, primarily HubSpot
  • Monitor and manage the entire recruiting pipeline, managing the candidate workflow, scheduling interviews, and supporting the onboarding of new employees

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar revenue operations and/or executive operations role
  • Demonstrated ability to set up and manage a business development process
  • Demonstrated HubSpot configuration experience
  • Demonstrated experience with recruiting workflows and tools (e.g., JazzHR, ADP, Predictive Index, etc)
  • Demonstrated experience with AI tools (ChatGPT and other agents)
  • Assertive and organized individual who is highly motivated and tenacious
  • Minimum CEFR C1 level with English
  • Prioritization and time-management skills.
