About the role
- Assist the Director of Client Development by ensuring sales processes are followed, from initial outreach and research to proposal creation using AI tools
- Facilitate the client onboarding process, including scheduling internal kickoff meetings and creating handoff documents
- Own the cleanliness and effectiveness of our revenue systems, primarily HubSpot
- Monitor and manage the entire recruiting pipeline, managing the candidate workflow, scheduling interviews, and supporting the onboarding of new employees
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar revenue operations and/or executive operations role
- Demonstrated ability to set up and manage a business development process
- Demonstrated HubSpot configuration experience
- Demonstrated experience with recruiting workflows and tools (e.g., JazzHR, ADP, Predictive Index, etc)
- Demonstrated experience with AI tools (ChatGPT and other agents)
- Assertive and organized individual who is highly motivated and tenacious
- Minimum CEFR C1 level with English
- Prioritization and time-management skills.
