About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Preparation of accruals, prepayments, and trial balances for service charge accounts
Year-end financial statements and reporting
Bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
Supplier invoice processing and accounts payable/receivable support
Budgeting and financial forecasting for schemes
Liaising with property managers and auditors
Supporting arrears and credit control processes
Managing queries related to service charge accounts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree or diploma in Accounting / Finance (or equivalent)
Solid experience in property accounting (e.g. levy / sectional title / body corporate experience)
Strong Excel and accounting system skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines in high-volume environments
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Strong attention to detail and self-management ability
