About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead US + CA marketing strategy across major product, feature, and brand moments—ensuring strong regional planning, clear priorities, and high-quality execution.
- Partner closely with the other regional marketing directors (EMEA, APAC, etc) to deliver the creative toolkits, frameworks and assets they need to launch localized versions of these campaigns in their regions.
- Own the development of integrated campaign strategies for the Americas, from brief through launch and optimization.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Creative, Growth, PR/Comms, Social, Lifecycle, Retail, Commercial, and international counterparts to bring launches to market in a cohesive way.
- Translate company and product priorities into clear, differentiated regional narratives and marketing plans.
- Drive alignment across a fast-moving, matrixed organization, bringing clarity to timelines, responsibilities, decision points, and tradeoffs.
- Help ensure campaign work is both strategically strong and operationally executable across channels.
- Use performance signals, customer understanding, and market context to refine plans and improve impact over time.
- Contribute to how Oura shows up in the US, our biggest market, while balancing brand-building with business performance.
- Mentor and elevate brand marketing talent, while raising the bar for strategic thinking, communication, and integrated execution across the team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years of experience in integrated marketing or brand marketing, with meaningful experience in consumer tech, wellness, lifestyle, or similarly high-bar consumer brands.
- A proven track record of leading large, cross-functional campaigns and launches that span multiple channels and stakeholders.
- Strong experience translating complex products, features, or ideas into simple, compelling, customer-facing stories.
- Top notch creative instincts via being part of teams delivering best in class work
- Exceptional strategic judgment and the ability to drive clarity in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Excellent communication skills across writing, presentations, and verbal storytelling; able to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Deep cross-functional instincts and a highly collaborative working style.
- Strong organizational and operational discipline without losing sight of creative quality.
- Experience leading or mentoring senior marketers and helping teams do their best work.
- A leader who is hands-on, low-ego, high-accountability, and energized by building in a scaling environment.
