Key responsibilities & impact

Lead process development, validation, and transfer for consumer electronics products
Own process documentation suite: assembly flow diagrams and control plans
Conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews
Drive yield improvement and defect reduction using DOE, SPC, root cause analysis
Manage process qualification milestones and factory readiness reviews
Define process capability requirements and execute capability studies
Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve throughput
Collaborate with quality engineering to establish AQL inspection standards
Represent manufacturing requirements at NPI stage-gate reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in process engineering
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
Experience in consumer electronics manufacturing
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
Proficiency in DFM and DFA
