Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading social media or digital content strategy at a consumer-facing brand or agency
- Proven experience building and scaling global social media programs across multiple platforms
- Strong creative instincts and experience guiding content strategy and production
- Deep understanding of platform dynamics, cultural trends, and how content performs in algorithm-driven environments
- Experience leading community management strategy and building engagement systems at scale
- Experience working cross-functionally with Creative, Paid Media, Communications, and Product teams
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Experience managing agencies and multi-market programs
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
- Experience in health, wellness, or consumer technology is a plus
