About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and Develop Firmware: Lead the design, development, and optimization of firmware for our next-generation wearable devices, focusing on performance, power efficiency, and scalability.

- Problem-Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex firmware issues, ensuring robust, reliable performance across all devices.
- Contribute to Strategy: Play a key role in strategic decisions related to firmware architecture and technology stack, aligning with our mission to revolutionize the wearable technology industry.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ Years of Firmware Development Experience: With a solid foundation in firmware engineering principles and hands-on experience in the wearable or related consumer electronics field.
- Expertise in C/C++: Proficient in writing high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code in C/C++, with a deep understanding of microcontroller architectures.
- Familiarity with Wearable Sensors: Experience integrating and optimizing a variety of sensors commonly used in wearable technology, such as accelerometers, gyroscopes, and heart rate sensors.
- Experience with BLE and Wireless Communication: Strong background in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and other wireless communication protocols, crucial for wearable technology development.
- Knowledge of Power Management: Demonstrated experience in power optimization for battery-operated devices, ensuring longevity and efficiency of wearables.
- Agile Development Practices: Comfortable working in an agile development environment, with excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with teams across different locations.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
