About the role

  • Autonomously lead partner accounts to achieve forecasted revenue and a mutual win-win
  • Source & qualify new strategic partnership opportunities across all key commercial channels (loyalty, reward, brand and membership programs) enhancing the value of Oura for our members.
  • Negotiate & close complex commercial agreements that unlock revenue, distribution, and strategic advantage.
  • Lead strategic expansion across marque, high ROI partnerships (for e.g. Lululemon, American Express)
  • Lead & mentor the partnerships squad as our headcount grows.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years’ experience in commercial partnerships, business development, or strategic growth roles within consumer tech, payments, or wellness sectors.
  • Strong grasp of P&L and commercial economics — able to bring creativity and financial discipline to new deal structures.
  • Proven track record of structuring and scaling high-impact partnerships with brands, financial institutions, or loyalty networks.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Data-driven decision-maker comfortable modeling revenue impact and making trade-offs to optimize channel performance.
