• Inform business decisions through data: Develop and communicate actionable insights about what drives performance, translating findings into recommendations that influence merchandising, web flows, and go-to-market priorities.
• Operationalize growth initiatives: Translate strategic objectives into clear programs and actions, working cross-functionally to ensure alignment and execution across marketing, product, and operations.
• Expand multi-product growth: Shape strategies that accelerate adoption and repurchase as Oura expands to multiple products, driving repeat purchasing, upgrades, and attach opportunities across categories.
• Forecast and measure performance: Build frameworks for tracking and reporting key business metrics and use these insights to guide strategy, prioritization, and investment decisions.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration: Partner across Commerce Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Supply & Demand Planning, and more to ensure business objectives are met with clarity, speed, and measurable impact.
• Influence at the highest levels: Act as a visible leader across Oura, shaping D2C strategy and growth priorities in partnership with executive stakeholders.
