About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Researches, develops, executes and oversees annual admissions plans to recruit and qualify students for admission
Manages the planning, execution, and evaluation of signature undergraduate internationally-focused admissions programming
Builds relationships with key partners to showcase the University of Rochester
Analyzes enrollment data to inform recruitment strategies focused on international admissions
Leads admissions processes for specialized and dual-admission programs including application workflows and committee review
Prepares and delivers information sessions, webinars, and workshops for prospective students, families, and counselors
Conducts market and territory research to inform annual recruitment planning and outreach strategies
Recruits, hires, schedules, supervises, and evaluates student employees supporting international admissions operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree required
3 years of admissions experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Work in a related field such as higher education, college admissions, or school counseling required
Microsoft Suite of Products or the equivalent and data analysis required
Proficiency in a second language and experience working in a diverse academic setting preferred
