About the role
- Processes the organization’s human resource information using efficient computer systems
- Leads initiatives to design, develop, and implement HR information systems
- Monitors HR information needs and designs new or modifies existing systems
- Solves complex problems and manages projects
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
- Mentors team members and provides oversight for platform changes
Requirements
- Experience in higher education field preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with various audiences
- Ability to tailor communications appropriate to the audience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop a rapport with business leaders, IT teams, and stakeholders
- Proven track record executing multiple work streams and producing consistent results
- Strong understanding of system/application administration activities
- Experience with project management from planning through implementation
- Flexibility/adaptability to ever-changing requirements and priorities in project and operational environments
- Excellent Leadership abilities
- Proven track record of problem solving and creative thinking
