About the role

  • Concept, design, and scale motion and static creative across paid media, social channels, and lifecycle marketing
  • Develop short-form videos, motion graphics, animations, interactive assets, and static designs optimized for paid social, display, and experimentation frameworks
  • Integrate AI tools (e.g., generative video, image, audio, and editing) into the creative workflow to improve speed and throughput
  • Build scalable templates, modular design systems, and automated creative pipelines
  • Collaborate with marketing, lifecycle, product, and creative teams to translate insights into compelling visual storytelling
  • Test, iterate, and optimize creatives based on performance data and experimentation results
  • Maintain strong attention to craft and quality while embracing speed and innovation in creative production
  • Support and enforce established motion workflows and production processes

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in motion design, graphic design, or visual storytelling (agency or in-house)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating motion, animation, and static visual design across growth and brand channels
  • Experience with performance-driven creative, including paid social, YouTube, display, and lifecycle marketing
  • Hands-on experience with AI creative tools and enthusiasm for building new workflows and systems
  • Ability to create and maintain scalable design frameworks (templates, libraries, automation pipelines)
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and relevant plugins
  • Familiarity with AI and automation platforms such as OpenAI, N8N, and Gemini
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and time management skills
  • Strong understanding of current trends in motion design and creative technology
