About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build & Lead the Global SDR Organization
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop SDRs and SDR Managers
  • Create clear career paths and coaching programs
  • Own the global outbound pipeline number
  • Design multi-channel outbound motions
  • Partner with Marketing on demand generation campaigns
  • Build and maintain SDR playbooks and messaging frameworks
  • Establish and report on leading and lagging KPIs
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations on forecasting and territory design
  • Serve as a bridge between Marketing and Sales
  • Represent the SDR at executive reviews and planning sessions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of sales development or inside sales experience
  • 3 years in a leadership role managing SDR or BDR teams
  • Proven track record building and scaling outbound pipeline in high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company
  • Deep understanding of enterprise cloud security or related markets
  • Experience hiring and managing multi-regional teams
  • Data-driven mindset with fluency in pipeline metrics
  • Strong executive presence
  • Hands-on operator with strategic thinking abilities
