About the role
- Develop and scale new revenue streams beyond e-bike sales, including accessories, insurance, warranties, subscriptions, and financing.
- Define and execute the long-term strategy for New Services, starting from a 5-year vision down to actionable plans.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, hiring, training, and mentoring talent to operationalize the strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and local teams (Product, Tech, Operations, Marketing) to deploy new services at scale while respecting market-specific opportunities and challenges.
- Get a deep understanding of consumer needs in each market and build a strategy around them.
- Ultimately own the business outcomes, including revenue growth, profitability, customer satisfaction and overall performance of New Services across all operating markets.
Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy Consulting, Operations, General Management or equivalent.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business models, P&L management, and revenue generation. Able to define and execute strategies that drive growth, make data-informed decisions, and balance short-term priorities with long-term vision.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at extracting actionable insights from data.
- Project & Stakeholders Management: Ability to plan and execute initiatives of varying durations and scales while effectively managing stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English. French is not required.
