About the role

  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with all applicable supervisory and regulatory requirements
  • Serve as the central point of contact for regulatory reporting topics within the company
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure their timely and appropriate implementation in reporting processes
  • Own the regulatory reporting calendar and reliably track deadlines and dependencies
  • Create and continuously maintain clear work instructions and reporting documentation
  • Act as a contact for supervisory authorities, external auditors, internal audit and other reviewers
  • Work closely with Compliance, Risk, Finance, Data and Management on regulatory matters
  • Take responsibility for the design and ongoing development of robust data flows and interfaces
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives in reporting, including the targeted use of modern technologies

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of regulatory reporting processes and reporting obligations (e.g., AWV, custody/deposit statistics, balance sheet statistics, large exposure reporting / "Millionenkreditmeldung")
  • Several years of relevant professional experience (e.g., accounting, audit or advisory, regulatory reporting), ideally in a fast-paced or regulated environment
  • Very good communication skills in English and the ability to explain complex matters clearly
  • Strong sense of responsibility, high level of ownership and a strong eye for detail
  • High motivation to continuously deepen your knowledge of regulatory reporting, processes, internal controls and related topics
