About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work on top of the pipeline funnel to build a strong and qualified pipeline for Sales team.
  • Lead and execute GTM strategies to achieve company targets in the APAC and Middle East.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients through personalized outreach and relationship-building.
  • Be the trusted first point of contact for the client within new or existing customers at various organizational levels.
  • Develop various sales enablement content, such as presentations, case studies, and account plans, to empower the sales team with the tools needed to close deals.
  • Ask challenging questions to understand/identify problem areas.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively position them to enterprise clients.
  • Report and track performance metrics to assess progress against goals.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or business development, with enterprise software sales or business development or inside sales.
  • Proven experience selling to APAC and Middle East enterprise clients.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot.
  • Demonstrable experience of aligning with mid/upper-level management and technical users.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to deal with multiple internal stakeholders like Sales, Business Operations and Customer Success.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field (MBA) is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
