About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and maintain internal financial reporting and support external reporting
Support and execute the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
Maintain balance sheet integrity through reconciliations, analysis, and supporting schedules
Perform technical accounting research under U.S. GAAP and document accounting conclusions
Assist with audit support and ad-hoc projects
Analyze financial results and investigate variances or unusual activity
Support accounting for international entities, particularly Germany and Canada
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

4-7 years accounting experience
Significant month-end close experience
Expertise with Netsuite, including report building. Implementation of new functionality is a plus
Strong financial reporting skills
Demonstrated ability to independently prepare full 3-statement consolidated financials
Experience with statutory reporting requirements. Experience with Canada and/or Germany is a plus
