About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Delivering Client Consulting Projects
  • Lead consulting relationships with clients to develop and implement practical solutions that meet their business needs and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Successfully manage and deliver projects in your practice on time and within budget, delegating and coaching more junior team members to deliver quality work.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with expert guidance, strategic recommendations, and innovative solutions to address their challenges and opportunities
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Uptake’s client base and revenue growth within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Lead the creation of an Account Plan for your key clients, working with the Director to manage it
  • Create the storyboard and content for proposals, working in partnership with the principal and Director team.
  • Deliver pitch presentations confidently, which leads to new business being won
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and Uptake thought leadership materials, sharing with personal network and Uptake clients
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, case studies, publications and awards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10 to 15 years of experience working as a Senior Director or Vice President in global, medical, marketing, and/or commercial roles in a pharma business
