About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Delivering Client Consulting Projects
Lead consulting relationships with clients to develop and implement practical solutions that meet their business needs and deliver measurable business impact.
Successfully manage and deliver projects in your practice on time and within budget, delegating and coaching more junior team members to deliver quality work.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with expert guidance, strategic recommendations, and innovative solutions to address their challenges and opportunities
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Uptake’s client base and revenue growth within the pharmaceutical industry.
Lead the creation of an Account Plan for your key clients, working with the Director to manage it
Create the storyboard and content for proposals, working in partnership with the principal and Director team.
Deliver pitch presentations confidently, which leads to new business being won
Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and Uptake thought leadership materials, sharing with personal network and Uptake clients
Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, case studies, publications and awards

Requirements

What you’ll need

10 to 15 years of experience working as a Senior Director or Vice President in global, medical, marketing, and/or commercial roles in a pharma business
