Customer Success Manager

• You take on customers immediately after contract signing.
• You are responsible for the entire journey up to go-live: configuration, integration, and coordination with Tech & Sales.
• You manage your own customer portfolio proactively and for the long term.
• You identify risks early and reduce churn through active communication — including by phone.
• You present new features and products in calls and via email.
• Regular online meetings with your key accounts are part of your routine.
• You conduct contract and pricing negotiations confidently.
