Requirements

What you’ll need

12-15 years experience in strategy related to domestic healthcare
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred
Experience driving innovation from ideation to business case
Proven ability to lead enterprise-level multi-year strategic planning
Strong preference for experience in management consulting or strategic role overseeing strategy consultants
Experience leading market research
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and elevating teams
Exceptional relationship-building and cross-functional leadership capabilities
Experience managing and advancing large, multi-workstream initiatives
Superior communication skills
Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and collaborative environments

Must be comfortable with on-camera work during meetings
