About the role
- Define and implement an engineering roadmap that supports intelligent and scalable outreach to customers via our direct mail, digital, and partnerships platform
- Work with cross functional partners including Product Managers, Performance Marketing Managers, Analytics, and Research Scientists to make this a highly impactful program
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team directly, focused on providing high quality solutions and incrementally enhance systems with each pull request
- Leverage experimentation and data-driven insights to refine growth strategies, optimizing user outreach and conversion through continuous testing, iteration, and personalization
- Create a best-in-class direct mail and digital infrastructure that scales
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, or a related field (or its equivalent) + 8 years of experience, including at least 3 years of direct people management experience.
- Experience leading product oriented teams with quantifiable user impact
- Ability to convey complex technical information to a variety of audiences
