About the role

  • Manage the overall education program of Upstage in Japan
  • Lead projects to provide a better learning experience to learners in Japan
  • Maximize effectiveness through education program planning, operation, and performance analysis
  • Drive innovation in the learning environment by advancing the platform, organizing AI hackathons and workshops, and managing a talent pool
  • Implement education program promotion strategies and growth marketing campaigns to convey the value of AI and drive user acquisition
  • Communicate and mediate between various stakeholders and decision makers, including partners/clients
  • Build and engage a developer community by planning developer relations activities and fostering interaction
  • Define requirements for developing and operating an education platform and collaborate with development team
  • Discover and manage instructors and mentors and plan related events

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in working with various organizations and operating businesses as a project/program manager and/or relevant B2B marketing experience
  • Ability to communicate smoothly and collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing technological environment and work in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to analyze program performance and issues and suggest solutions
  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency
  • Experience in overall management and operation of educational programs (e.g., experience in planning educational content and operating LMS) [Preferred]
  • Experience in conducting education-related lectures, coaching, and mentoring [Preferred]
  • Direct/indirect experience with AI and cloud education programs or possess AI-related knowledge [Preferred]
  • Experience in managing government-sponsored education projects [Preferred]
  • High level of understanding of AI/SW recruitment market and business [Preferred]
