- Identify, engage, and nurture prospective clients to drive pipeline growth and revenue expansion
- Proactively identify and engage prospective customers through outbound efforts (cold calls, emails, social selling, etc.)
- Qualify leads and set up high-value meetings for the sales team
- Develop a strong understanding of our business model, value proposition, and industry landscape
- Collaborate with sales leadership, AVPs, and Marketing to refine outreach strategies and drive measurable pipeline growth
- Track and manage outreach efforts in Salesforce to ensure a consistent and data-driven approach
- Maintain a pulse on industry trends and competitive insights to optimize sales outreach
- Work toward a transition into a leadership position, contributing to the future expansion of the BDR function
Requirements
- 5+ years of business development or sales experience, preferably in IT services, SaaS, telecommunications
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Salesforce and other sales enablement tools
- A growth mindset and leadership potential, with a desire to build and scale a team over time
- Technology Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools
