About the role
- Lead generation and qualification: You will make daily cold calls, qualify potential clients, and schedule appointments.

Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales is a plus but not required — your willingness to learn and your attitude matter more.
- Willingness to learn about online marketing and to engage with clients and marketing agencies on an equal footing.
- A genuine growth mindset: You want to grow, learn, and continuously improve.
- Self-responsibility and goal orientation: You enjoy setting goals and exceeding them.
- Communication skills: You listen well, understand needs, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Willingness to travel (e.g., for the SalesHax bootcamp).
