About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Head of Indirect Procurement and the global Buyers in: the management of tenders (sourcing support, drafting specifications with internal stakeholders, analysis of supplier responses, evaluations, participation in negotiations, and contract finalization in compliance with internal procedures)
  • Management of cross-functional projects (implementation of new tools/new procurement practices, support for Group initiatives, CSR initiatives, group and country spend analyses, etc.)
  • Participation in: the definition of the Indirect Procurement strategy
  • Spend analysis
  • Identifying the needs of internal stakeholders
  • Implementing action plans to deploy the developed strategy
  • Evaluating approved suppliers and monitoring supplier relationships
  • Ensuring compliance with procedures, managing risks and ensuring proper application of the Procurement policy defined by the Group

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Enrolled in a business school on a work-study program, Master's in Procurement preferred, ideally with a prior internship or work-study in procurement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent English
  • Rigorous, methodical, adaptable, with a desire to grow within an evolving organization
  • Ability to manage/work on multiple subjects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
